I began as an ADHD life coach, but I’ve expanded my mission to do more for women.
There are many reasons women feel stuck and become curious about life coaching.
You may suspect or know you’ve entered perimenopause or menopause and things have changed significantly, but you’re not getting the answers you need.
You were diagnosed with ADHD, or you’re highly suspicious you have a neurodivergent brain. You’re struggling to make life manageable, and emotional hyperarousal is taking everything out of you.
You’re at a point in your life where you’re just not making the progress you want, and you’re confidence has taken a big hit.
Wherever you are on your journey, WELCOME, I’m so glad you’re here.
I work with women—and those who identify as women—of all ages, who are faced with these challenges and more. I am especially dedicated to supporting women in mid-life and beyond, and those with co-existing high-functioning autism and other neurodivergencies because we’re a very invisible and dismissed group, and I’m on a mission to change that.
Learning you have ADHD in mid-life, perhaps entering perimenopause or menopause—or BOTH—can trigger a range of emotions, from relief (“FINALLY everything makes sense!”) to devastation (“Why did nobody see? I feel like I’ve lost so much.”). Sometimes this means you’re managing additional challenges because of the coping mechanisms you’ve put in place in order to function, often over many years.
I believe these obstacles are a testament to your strength and resilience. With accurate information, new self-awareness, and the right support, you can leverage new-found strengths and gifts, and gain skills and confidence that will have you feeling MUCH better.
