When a To-do List is NOT a To-do List!

A meme created by jomemes, an image of a brightly colored classical painting depicting a women from an earlier century at a writing desk in front of a sunlit window, and writing on a sheet of paper with a feather quill pen. The text overlaying the image says, “I’m really into writing short fiction, mainly to-do lists.”

If this is you, that means you think your to-do list is a to-do list. I promise you, it's not! Learning how to evaluate your lists to know which items are actually to-dos, and which are projects, reminders, events, or hand-offs makes all the difference.

As a certified and credentialed ADHD life coach with training that considers the neurobiological underpinnings of ADHD, I love teaching clients how to externalize their working memory and how to best use all those lists we love to make. If you’d like to know more, please connect!
